The Hotel Sunroute Ariake is designed to offer a refined sense of quiet, comfort and safety. The building itself is developed as an earthquake-proof structure. The guest elevators have room key card authentication systems and only guests are able to access their floors. Every guest room door has a non-contact-type key card system. In addition, the hotel has a "Ladies Only Floor" with a separate security door accessed through the elevator hall. Wheelchair-accessible rooms (universal type rooms) with specially equipped bathrooms and other facilities are also available.
