Tips from our tour guides
Bottled water is a necessity, but carrying too much can be a burden. Indeed, it's best to bring about 1 liter of water and buy more during the climb if neccessary.
Although this may be a bit more expensive, it's worth it. The last part of the climb is the toughest, as progress may seem slow, but keep at it! The sunrise makes everything worthwhile.
Benefits only for tour participats:
(1) Your luggage can be stored! Before attempting the climb, many participants may mistakenly conclude that they need to bring a lot of gear. It is actually dangerous to be weighed down with too much equipment. Climbers need to carry only a limited amount of gear. We reccommend leaving unnecessary belongings at the mountain hut before your climb.
(2) Although there may be a lot of congestion at the mountain's peak, the tour provides a space to rest once you've arrived. Even during the busy climbing season in July and August, there will be free space ready for all tour members.
(3) The Tour will stop to relax at a natural hot spring after finishing the descent. Replenish your energy at the end of your journey!
The mystique of Mt.Fuji
Only people lucky enough to visit Japan in the summer will have the opportunity to challenge themselves by climbing to the top of Mt. Fuji, the spiritual symbol of Japan.
This two-day tour is the experience of a lifetime! Forge close bonds with your fellow climbers as you share the difficult journey to the mountain's peak.
If the weather is clear, you'll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of starry skies from the highest spot in Japan.
Reaching the top of the mountain and seeing the sunrise is a lofty goal that has become a tradition both for local Japanese and visitors from abroad. You'll need both good health and good weather on your side, so it is no easy task. Many people from all over the world have tried multiple times to complete the climb, but not all of them are successful. There is an experience only in Japan!
